Delivery

Adalene Fashion currently offers delivery to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Available delivery options and charges are calculated at checkout according to the items in your order and delivery destination.

Delivery availability and timing can vary by product and destination. Where an estimated delivery timeframe is available, it will be shown during checkout or provided with your order confirmation and tracking information.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Returns & cancellations

If you are a UK consumer shopping online, you normally have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return condition

Items should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection, such as trying on a garment as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction where handling has reduced the value of an item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, not as described or does not perform as it should, your statutory rights apply. Please contact us with your order details so we can provide the appropriate next steps.

Return costs & refunds

Unless we state otherwise or the item is faulty, the direct cost of returning an unwanted item may be the customer’s responsibility. Any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
