Returns & Refund Policy
At Adalene Fashion, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To start a return, please contact us at paulloc500@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Return Conditions
Returned items should be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unused, except for reasonable inspection
- Returned with original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable
You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop. We may reduce the refund amount where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, where permitted by law.
Free Returns
Adalene Fashion currently offers free return shipping for eligible returns.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the applicable return instructions.
Please do not send products to any address without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds promptly and in accordance with applicable consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at paulloc500@gmail.com
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can assist you.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return where an exception is permitted by applicable consumer law, including personalised or made-to-order products and certain sealed goods once opened.
Any applicable exception will be clearly communicated before purchase.
